Hi Tor Animal Care Center

Hi Tor Animal Care Center has faced many challenges after losing a physical location to keep their adoptables, but their volunteers are still going strong with their foster program. Despite the hardships, they heard that their Rockland County community of feral cat care givers needed help and reached out to provide Feed the Ferals with an extremely generous donation.
